What Is a Built-On-Site Home?
A built-on-site home is constructed directly on your property from the joists up, much like a traditional build. By comparison, RTM homes are built off-site and then delivered to your foundation.
Built On Your Land and Designed Around Your Life
This route can be a great fit when you want a traditional on-site build process, have a unique lot, or need flexibility that depends on the build location.
All our homes are built to meet or exceed code requirements and include a 10-year structural warranty through the National Home Warranty Program.

Ready to Move Homes
We build your RTM at our build site. You arrange delivery to your property, and it’s set on your foundation. RTMs are moved in one piece and need only final finishing and utility hookups on site.

For hands-on-builders, our DIY packages provide an assembled home kit for your land, often a more budget friendly option than a fully built home.
